By accessing and using AffiliBot ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AffiliBot is a specialized Discord bot designed to automate the conversion of standard product links into affiliate links, helping users maximize their revenue from community shared content.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable regional and international laws. Specifically, users agree not to:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent activity or spam.
• Violate the terms of service of any linked affiliate networks (e.g., Amazon, Awin).
• Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the Service's performance.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

The AffiliBot Pro plan is premium service. By subscribing, you agree to the specified monthly fee. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial months of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

AffiliBot provides link conversion "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or community engagement resulting from the use or inability to use our Service. Users are responsible for testing their own configurations.
